This week in Lembeh….Even the critters think its Jaw Dropping Good! It’s been a busy week under water with things popping up all over the place and happy smiles from our diving guests. Even this hairy frogfish was shocked to see how good its been. With a new wave of guests and a new Divemaster Trainee things around Lembeh Diving have been bustling with activity.
New DMT Lyn has joined us for a couple weeks in Lembeh before she heads off to Bunaken, and so far is enjoying the diving Lembeh has to offer. She is busy with learning the techniques needed to be a master at muck diving as well as a successful Divemaster. Ifan and Cedric have been seeing new Nudibranch’s all the time and are always excited to identify them back on land.
A round of drinks were bought for the guides from a very grateful Joseph, for showing his very first Blue Ringed Octopus. As for guest Elena, the logbook has been filling up with Rhinopias, frogfish, ornate ghost pipefish, and octopus. Where Yuka is still on the search for a Bobbit worm which has been around at night.
Others we have seen include: Stargazer, Halimeda Ghost Pipefish, Harlequin Shrimp, Hairy Shrimp, Hairy Frogfish, Mototi Octopus, Wunderpus, Mimic Octopus, Algae Octopus, 4 Types of Pygmy Seahorse, and the list of heavy hitters go on.
