Everybody graduated! Eight afternoons in the Sanur training pool doing skills, learning about equipment, buoyancy and fish identification, the kids from Sanur International School finished their first dive training! During the last session we were diving with ducks in the Sanur training pool… Well, rubber ducks… A hide and seek game with an increased level of difficulty because the obstacle course needed them to be neutrally buoyant and pictures of fish had to be identified as well! They all passed their training with flying colours and we hope to see them again for their Open Water Diver course!
On Sunday we went to Nusa Penida with the Symon, Sam and their awesome kids! Sofia (10 year old) knew so much about diving and the PADI standards that we decided to hire her in 8 years when she’s a PADI dive instructor or conservation manager! Sebastian (8 years) is our new Two Fish Divers mascot with TFD stamps from his elbows to his forehead! With Santiago, Sam and Symon we dived Manta Point and SD. High waves made the boat ride a thrilling rollercoaster, which was amazing because the waves left Manta Point almost abandoned. Next to Manta’s we found a turtle and a sea snake as well. We moved to Crystal Bay to enjoy our lunch and to jump in the water from the deck of the boat. We did our second dive in SD where we cruised through the coral reef with a massive amount of reef fish and a turtle. It was a beautiful day in Nusa Penida!
