Our final IDC of the year was recently held 26 Sept-7 Oct IDC. We only had 2 candidates, and they were therefore lucky to have the Course Director all to themselves. Congratulations Arto and Jimmy for successfully finishing your IDC!
Whats great about doing the IDC with us in Bunaken is that the diving is so good, and after the IDC both of them had a well deserved rest and went diving. Arto decided to take it a step further and had a try-dive on a CCR rebreather, another advantage of doing your IDC with a center that is also a PADI TECRec Center!
THIS WEEK IN BUNAKEN: We congratulate Arto and Jimmy who finished their IDC yesterday and wish them all the best for the IE tomorrow. Check out the pic of Arto diving with a CCR – he loved the quiet, no bubbles experience!! Also this week barracudas galore on the day trip, lots of sharks, schools of tuna, pontohi sea horses and some devil rays!

All of our joint efforts managed to bring in an amazing 677 kilos of marine debris, collected from sites in Bunaken, Lembeh and Nusa Lembongan.
