Well after planning this trip for around half a year, I’m now roughly half way through my PADI Divemaster course here in Sulawesi.
Sometimes when people think of Divemaster Trainees, they get the impression that they are mostly backpacking twenty somethings. Well, I’m not quite in that age group anymore, but I have definitely been bitten by the scuba bug. Doing the Divemaster course isn’t really about looking for work in the dive industry, well at least not in the immediate future. It’s more about a personal challenge and improving my dive skills.
It’s been a fantastic past few weeks here in Bunaken. I did eventually conquer my ear infection, and since then we’ve been diving just about every day on my Divemaster course – heaps of diving!
It’s been one week now since I finished my Rescue Diver course here in Bunaken, and although that was tons of fun, saving lives and wrestling divers in panic, I was really eager to jump into my PADI Divemaster course In Bunaken
Right, so that is me, finally finished my Dive Master course so can’t believe I have actually done it! Crazy to think that eight weeks ago I only had nine dives under my belt. Thanks to all the wonderful instructors and guides, all finished with my Divemaster Course in Bunaken!!!
