About Advanced Open Water Course with eLearning

The PADI Advanced Open Water Diver Course online segment includes knowledge development for the two required topics; the Deep and Underwater Navigation Adventure Dives, along with five of the most popular elective dives. These include Night Diver, Peak Performance Buoyancy, Wreck Diver, Boat Diver and Underwater Naturalist.
As with the PADI Open Water Diver course, the entire PADI Adventures in Diving manual (complete with all Adventure Dive possibilities) will be available online to divers enrolled in the course. Experience real adventure and be one step closer to Master Scuba Diver – the ultimate non-professional certification in recreational diving.
You need to be at least 12 years old, a certified entry-level diver and fit for diving to be certified as a PADI Advanced Open Water Diver. Any certified entry-level diver who is at least 12 years old may enroll in the PADI eLearning Advanced Open Water Diver online program.
After enrolling, PADI’s eLearning® system presents you with interactive presentations that include videos, audio, graphics and reading. Short quizzes let you gauge your progress, and review and correct anything you might happen to miss. This lets you move through the program efficiently and at your own pace.
After completing the online segments, you will then conduct the five course Adventure Dives at Two Fish Divers. These can be done over 2/3 days, or mixed with fun dives during the time that you are here. Two of these are mandatory; the Deep Adventure Dive and Underwater Navigation Adventure Dive. The other three dives that you complete can be chosen from a wide range of Adventure Dives, we recommend Night Diver, Peak Performance Buoyancy, Underwater Naturalist, Underwater Photo and Wreck.
The PADI Advanced Open Water Course online is $120 (US) nonrefundable. The fee covers the knowledge development training as well as unlimited access to the entire PADI Adventures in Diving manual online. The price of the course with us is reduced by approx half of this fee.
The eLearning course will be available for one year from the time of course registration. Though you must finish the online portion of the course within that time frame, you will have perpetual access to the ebook version of the PADI Adventures in Diving manual.
The PADI Advanced Open Water Diver Course online will take approximately 8 hours to complete.
After surveying PADI Members around the world (particularly those who teach the most Advanced Open Water Diver courses), these dives were identified as the most popular. Your PADI Adventures in Diving manual ebook has the knowledge development segments of the additional Adventure Dives, should you choose to pursue them.
Once you finish the eLearning portion of the course, your dive center is notified that you have completed it and that you are ready for the practical phase of the program. At the end of the eLearning program, you can print out your eRecord and bring a copy of it with you when you visit us on Bunaken or Lembeh.

About Rescue Course with eLearning

The PADI Rescue Diver Course Online content covers the theory training for the PADI Rescue Diver Course. The Online content is broken down into 5 easy-to-learn sections after an introduction. The theory covers a wide range of topics including, The Psychology of Rescue, Recognizing Diver Stress, Accident Management, Assisting Responsive and Unresponsive Divers at the Surface and Underwater, Equipment Problems, Oxygen Delivery Systems, Missing Diver Procedures, Responding to Diver Emergencies and Inwater Rescue Breathing.
The course is designed for anyone who wants to learn how to prevent, and if necessary, manage dive emergencies. The course broadens a diver’s awareness and improves their skills and confidence. Most certified PADI Rescue Divers look back on their rescue training as one of the most challenging – sometimes demanding – and therefore most rewarding courses they’ve taken. The subject is serious but the training is fun.
After enrolling, PADI’s eLearning® system presents you with interactive presentations that include videos, audio, graphics and reading. Then, you’ll complete ten rescue exercises over the first 1.5 days, and the 2 Rescue Scenarios will be completed on the afternoon of the 2nd day. We think that there should be time for some fun dives during these 2 days, and we are offering fun dives for only EUR18/dive!
