Its easy to get to Lombok from Bali – the flight time is only around 30 minutes and fares start from around Rp350,000 (approx. US$35) one way. Buy tickets direct from the airline counters at the domestic airports, or contact local travel agents in both Bali and Lombok.

Lombok international airport (or Bandara International Lombok, commonly abbreviated to BIL, and using the IATA code LOP) is the only airport in Lombok.

The airport is close to Praya (Central Lombok): approximately 40km south of the city of Mataram, and around 1.5 hrs drive from Senggigi, and 25 minutes from Kuta.

Airport departure tax is Rp45,000 for domestic departures (Rp75,000 from Bali) and Rp150,000 for international departures (Rp2000,000 from Bali)

European connections are easy via Jakarta (the capital city of Java), Bali and other capital cities such as Jogikarta, Surabaya and Makassar. Direct flights from Jakarta to Lombok are available every day and are usually times to connect with European flights.

Lombok is easily accessible from Jakarta, Bali, Jogikarta, Surabaya and Makassar and is an important connection for travel to the eastern islands, in particular the islands of Sumbawa, Komodo and Flores.

Padang bali Harbour (Bali) provides the sea link between mainland Bali and Lombok. Lembar Harbour (Lombok) is on the southwest coast, approx. 1 hour south of Senggigi, Lombok. Arrange your own transport and buy tickets direct from the harbours, or use a reputable tour company to provide a transfer service.

There are quite a few speedboats frequenting the route Bali-Lombok, most convenient for diving South Lombok are the Scoot Cruise as well as the Marina Srikandi. They can be booked directly through our booking staff, online with the speedboat operators, or at one of the many tourist info counters offering transfers.

Scoot route: Sanur > Nusa Lembongan> Gili Trawangan > Senggigi

The full trip from Sanur to Senggigi takes about 4 hours with short stops in Nusa Lembongan and Gili Trawangan.
The trip from Nusa Lembongan to Senggigi takes about 2.5 – 3 hours with a stop in Gili Trawangan.
