This internship is intended for those who want to complete their PADI Divemaster course with an emphasis on conservation. It is run over 6weeks and includes the PADI DM course and 5 x specialities that have a conservation bias – coral reef conservation, underwater naturalist, fish id, shark conservation, and another of your choice.

As well as offering a professional DM course we can also offer more DM experience as part of the course - over the 6 weeks you will get more involved in the dive center, eg giving area briefs to new guests, more help on the boats, more help with courses, etc. With the emphasis on conservation you will also be involved on our conservation activities that we have at both resorts, these include Shark Guardian presentations, Fish identification presentations, Coral watch data collecting & reporting, etc.

COMBO - the internship is run over both Bunaken & Lembeh resorts, so you get to experience two of the top dive locations of North Sulawesi and Indonesia!

• Introduction to TEC diving – can be upgraded to Intro to Rebreather diving!

Whats Not Included

• Dive equipment for the internship course - we can provide full dive equipment rental for €100, this includes BCD, Reg, shorty wetsuit, fins, mask & snorkel. Its also mandatory that DM candidates have the following, please bring with you if you have these - writing slate, whistle, knife, timing device (watch or computer), compass, SMB. If you do not have any/some of the equipment, we can provide them from our shop and you will get a special 10% DM Candidate discount, check out our Suunto computers for sale (10% discount not yet added).
• PADI DM Theory via eLearning - it is recommended that candidates do the DM theory on-line via eLearning, this gives you more time for conservation activities or more DM practice. Please email for more details.

Staying longer than 6 weeks - if you stay longer than the 6 weeks then we can give you our special DM candidate price for fun dives, €15/dive. You can take advantage of this at both Bunaken and Lembeh, and means that 3N3D dive packages will only be €180 at each location for 3nts accomm in budget room and 9 dives over 3 days.
