After three weeks in Bunaken and one week in Lembongan, I am finally a divemaster!
It’s an amazing feeling to have accomplished so much in one short month with the help of my experienced teachers at Two Fish.
Arrived a few days ago, and I’m starting to get into the flow of how the Two Fish resort in Lembongan works.
On September 28th, for the first time ever, all three of our resorts combined to do a simultaneous Dive Against Debris in support of Project Aware’s Debris Month of Action. This is what we are calling our Dive Against Debris – Triple whammy clean-up!
All of our joint efforts managed to bring in an amazing 677 kilos of marine debris, collected from sites in Bunaken, Lembeh and Nusa Lembongan.
THIS WEEK IN LEMBONGAN!!! WOW So we had our first excursion to Tulamben yesterday and that was a BIG success. Pygmy seahorse and ornate ghostpipefish to name some of the cool fish around that wreck.
We have had our first Nitrox course here in Lembongan and yesterday whilst one boat was at Tulamben having all kinds of wreck fun, another boat in local waters had 5 (thats 5!) Mola mola at Buyuk on Nusa Penidas north coast. It’s just too cool at the moment, too cool!
(ps thank you Steve for the pic of this guy!!)
