When in the first dive of your Discover Scuba Diving program you are surrounded by more than a dozen Mantas, not knowing where to look, with your Instructor pointing to the left, and then to the right, and then to the front, and then on top of you… And they parade, one after the other, in a long line, in between the divers. Don’t looked bother by the photos or the bubbles and, luckily, all the divers in the area behave: Nobody tries to touch or chase; all the divers stay where they are, close to the bottom, without moving or scaring them. So the Mantas dance and show off while they get cleaned. And Scott is there, overwhelmed like we all are. Yep, a Discover Scuba Diving surrounded by Mantas. Not certified yet, but with the diving level already very high 🙂
Scott was doing the DSD with Dani as Instructor. And this week, also enjoying the return of this crowds of Manta Rays, we had Matvey and Anastasia, from Russia; Ross and Kim, from England; Chrissy, from Canada; 2 Alex, one from Germany and the other from Switzerland; Adele and Johan, from South Africa; Camila, from Chile; Pierre and Alexandra, from France; Leigh and Dani, from Australia; Isabella, from Finland… Like always, people from different ages, jobs and countries, sharing the passion of diving, sharing the boat and, afterwards, having lunch together at our Restaurant overall kind of interesting and fun conversations.
Starting their Diving life, also with lots of Manta Rays in their first dive ever, we had Alex and Neus from Catalonia, that have done their Open Water Course with his friend Dani, and then chose to have a couple more fun dives afterwards, to have another “mantastic” dive.
And we got our Divemaster Trainee Simone back after some Balinese holidays, after 2 weeks in Bunaken and 2 weeks here in Lembongan… She has around 10 days left here and then jumps to Gili Air to finish the Course. Is what a lot of people loves about doing the Divemaster Course in Two Fish, that gives you the great chance to do it in different resorts, so you dive in different areas, work with different teams and logistics, learn from different Instructors.
