The reefs around Nusa Lembongan, Penida and Ceningan are spectacular thanks to the currents and the cold water, that keep all the life underwater super healthy, colorful and…Bigggg!! Apart from all the different kinds of soft and hard corals, what catch the attention and the cameras of a lot of our divers (and even us, although we dives this waters almost daily) are the huge sponges, also from different species. In a lot of barrel sponges, a diver would perfectly fit inside, although obviously nobody has to do that!! Look but not touch. So yeah, one of the highlights around here: Massive sponges in Nusa Lembongan!

This week, apart from admiring the sponges, our divers have enjoyed the sightings of Manta Rays, Eagle Rays, Bamboo Sharks, Turtles, Sunfish, Leaf Scorpionfishes, nudis and so many many more great creatures, big and small!

Our Guests this month came, like every month, were from many Countries and Levels: Amalia and Desi from Jakarta; Julian from Germany, like Kalla and Inken, that have spent here a few days and now they are enjoying the diving from out Dive Resort in Amed; Alex and Adeline from France, like Marthe; a couple of lovely couples (ups, just repited that word) from Australia: Alice and Andy, and Byron and Emily; and Terri and Greg from the States, also enjoying our Resort and Diving in Amed. And there have been a few courses going on: Kristian, that completed his Open Water and had his girlfriend Maja as a buddy; Keelan, that also completed his Open Water, and had as buddy his mum, Lydia, that had been 20 days without diving; and Daisy, that completed her EFR and Rescue Courses with the help of Michael, Instructor on and Internship.

Oh, and we welcomed Sam from Sumatra, and Valen from Java, that are enjoying the dives here, learning about currents and Manta Rays and that, hopefully, going to stay here for a while 🙂
