Well I’m into the final week of my PADI Divemaster internship. The assessment activities are over, but there is always time to learn more about diving. For the last couple of days I have been following some of the dive guides around on dives. The eye that these guys have for tiny critters is amazing!
I can’t believe it has been 10 days since I arrived in Northern Sulawesi! Echo, one of the drivers from Two fish, welcomed me with a big smile on his face at the airport. He brought me to the harbor, where I jumped on a speedboat to Bunaken.
Done with the theory, the exams, and the ear infection is gone so I`m finally diving again. Happy days! One sight is better than the next. We have had some strong currents on some of the dives and we almost got swept on top of the reef.
Well after planning this trip for around half a year, I’m now roughly half way through my PADI Divemaster course here in Sulawesi. Sometimes when people think of Divemaster Trainees, they get the impression that they are mostly backpacking twenty somethings. Well, I’m not quite in that age group anymore, but I have definitely been…
It’s been a fantastic past few weeks here in Bunaken. I did eventually conquer my ear infection, and since then we’ve been diving just about every day on my Divemaster course – heaps of diving!
It’s been one week now since I finished my Rescue Diver course here in Bunaken, and although that was tons of fun, saving lives and wrestling divers in panic, I was really eager to jump into my PADI Divemaster course In Bunaken
Just started my Divemaster internship with Two fish divers. The course started 4 days ago in Bunaken where I`m staying for 3 weeks before going to Lembeh for 2 weeks, then back here at Bunaken for 3 more weeks.
Right, so that is me, finally finished my Dive Master course so can’t believe I have actually done it! Crazy to think that eight weeks ago I only had nine dives under my belt. Thanks to all the wonderful instructors and guides, all finished with my Divemaster Course in Bunaken!!!
